I tried using the keyboard and mouse but there was lag on the strong attacks so I used a program to remap the keys and that was better but I had to remember to hit F1 every time I went in the menus to turn it off so I could use the regular keys and then. I literally couldn't play DS1 or 2 because of this shit. I was REALLY hoping this was fixed with DS3. Maybe the drivers I have have some basic XInput work on them or something? When I try an XInput calibration program though it does nothing so I doubt it. I assume, somehow, the original controller thing is still overwriting this. when using the 64-bit version I hear the "ding!" like it loaded. No buttons, no right stick, no d-pad, etc. In Dark Souls 3 the left stick works, even without X360CE, but NOTHING else does. right stick to the left, and then A, B, X and Y were all mismapped and since the right stick was mapped to one of the attacks I couldn't use the camera either. In Dark Souls 2 I could move around, but the attack was like. I'm using an ORIGINAL Xbox controller which is NOT XInput, obviously but for some reason all three Dark Souls games seem to recognize it anyway for some reason even without DInput support.
